Shipping & Returns
Please note, all orders from our FW16 Pre-Sale are dispatched from October 5th.
HoodLamb proudly ships all orders within the Europe via UPS Standard. Orders outside of Europe are shipped via UPS Express Saver. To ensure you get your purchase as soon as possible we ship out almost all orders within 24hrs of payment (Monday - Friday). Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment.
Within Europe UPS Standard takes 2 to 5 working days; we aim to deliver your order within 3 to 9 working days following the date your order is placed. Smaller hubs usually take 2-3 days.
Outside of Europe
Outside of Europe UPS Express Service takes 3 to 7 working days; we aim to deliver your order within 4 to 10 working days following the date your order is placed.
Please note, Saturday and Sunday are not classed as business days.

Please note, local country import tax and duties may apply to countries outside the European Union. HoodLamb is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods.
Sale periods and holidays
Please bear in mind that sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take a bit longer.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s).
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please return the product according to the below process and place another order at www.hoodlamb.com for the desired item. This will allow us to send your new product to you faster and your new selection will be less likely to be sold out.
1.All returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition and RECEIVED by us within 30 days of the date of purchase.
2. Please fill out the returns form included in your shipment and send with the returned item.

3. A pre-printed return label is included for your convenience. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer. It is recommended to use a reliable shipping service that offers package tracking as HoodLamb is not responsible for lost packages.
4. Once your return is received the amount of the purchase will be refunded including shipping costs.

If you would like to cancel your order or make any adjustments it is very important that you contact us right away. Please use ”CANCEL ORDER” or ”ADJUST ORDER” together with your order number in the subject field. If we do not receive a message directly after the order has been placed, we can not leave a guarantee that we have time to stop the shipment. If a canceled order has already been sent, the customer will be in charge of sending the item back. If an order is being refused by the recipient for an unknown/unapproved reason, we reserve the right to charge a fee of EURO 20 / 25 USD for the cost of returning the item by the carrier.
